Prostate Cancer UK

“FJ Philanthropy was engaged to conduct a campaign feasibility/readiness assessment for PCUK as we prepared to launch an ambitious, multimillion pound fundraising campaign, focused on shifting the needle on the early diagnosis of prostate cancer. “They conducted a thorough cultural and operational readiness review and audit, examining aspects such as our internal systems, processes, prospect pipelines and resource requirements (people and financial), as well as testing the early case for support with existing supporters and potential high value donors. Their recommendations (which they presented in a report and as part of a session to the board and senior leadership team) enabled us to refine our proposition, consider how best to augment the team with additional resource and expertise, and ultimately structure the campaign into meaningful and manageable stages with key milestones. They also made recommendations about the structure of a future campaign board. This ensured we had clear visibility of strengths weaknesses, as well as potential challenges we might encounter, and were able to be proactive and sure footed in our planning as a result. “FJ worked with the team collaboratively to ensure embedded value, were a pleasure to work with and we would be happy to recommend them and their campaign feasibility work to other charities.”
