How to use this tool

  • Select the income stream that best matches your export.
  • Upload a CSV (one row per gift / legacy record / application).
  • Map your column headers to the fields below (we'll make sensible guesses).
  • Run the diagnostic to see an overall health score, headline indicators, and recommendations.
Amounts are assumed to be in GBP (£). Currency symbols and commas are stripped automatically.

💡 Pro Tips:
  • Your CSV headers don't need to match exactly - the tool will guess the mapping
  • Date formats: DD/MM/YYYY or YYYY-MM-DD both work
  • Currency symbols (£, $) and commas are automatically stripped
  • Make sure each row represents one record (one gift, one application, one legacy)
  • Remove any summary rows or totals from your export
Choose the stream that best matches how your data is structured.

If you'd like, we can sense-check this with you
Optional: share a summary and we'll reply with a short, tailored interpretation (what to protect, what to fix first, and quick wins). No obligation — and the tool works fully without sharing anything.
