Tees Valley Arts

"The day [workshop] spent with FJ covered much ground and helped us to come together as a board and executive team to focus down on more clearly articulating a case for support. As a charity that uses art to deliver social change we had previously thought through the mindset of an arts organisation, less so through the mindset of a charity. One idea that we took away from the day has set in train a new approach for the charity as we have begun to focus on re-connecting with those that we have worked with previously using a model akin to the alumni association. We have seen some good results already and over the coming years we expect this model will help to create a collective understanding of the art’s impact on people’s lives, not just for Tees Valley Arts, but also for the sector as a whole."
