FJ developed and delivered a bespoke workshop for our trustees, senior staff and fundraising development group. The workshops allowed us to flush out the reservations and concerns people have about major donor asks, creating a healthy dialogue about these, and reassuring people that they all have a role to play. What came across was that a considered, relational and low-key approach is the way forward, which I think will allow increased ‘buy in’ for the rest of the appeal. The programme and flow was spot on, with a good mix of interaction and great contributions from participants, as well as excellent input from the team at FJ.
